Wendy Goodman, LPC is the founder of Emerging Minds Community Services and a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to helping adults navigate life's challenges through convenient, confidential telehealth therapy. With years of experience in behavioral health, Wendy provides a compassionate, solution-focused approach that empowers clients to heal, grow, and thrive from the comfort of their own homes.
Wendy works with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, life transitions, relationship concerns, grief, self-esteem challenges, and other mental health needs. Kadisha McCargo, MSW, LMHP-R is an Outpatient Therapist with Emerging Minds Community Services, providing therapy services for adults during evening and weekend hours. As a Resident in Social Work pursuing her Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential, Kadisha is passionate about helping individuals navigate life's challenges with compassion, empathy, and evidence-based care.
Kadisha earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) from Walden University and her Bachelor of Human Services Counseling from Old Dominion University. Her professional experience spans community mental health, healthcare, school-based behavioral health, care coordination, and family services, equipping her to support adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, trauma, and other mental health challenges.
At Emerging Minds Community Services, Kadisha is dedicated to providing person-centered therapy that empowers clients to build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and achieve lasting emotional wellness. She believes in meeting clients where they are and partnering with them on their journey toward healing, growth, and a more fulfilling life.
Danisha Dunn, LMHP-S

Danisha Dunn is a compassionate outpatient therapist dedicated to helping children, adolescents, adults, and families overcome life's challenges with confidence and hope. She believes every individual deserves to be treated with dignity, empathy, and respect while receiving personalized care that promotes lasting emotional wellness.
Danisha brings extensive experience in community mental health, crisis intervention, behavioral health, family support, and child and family counseling. Throughout her career, she has worked alongside individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, trauma, family conflict, and significant life transitions, helping them develop practical coping skills and healthier ways to navigate everyday life.
Her therapeutic approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and person-centered. Danisha strives to create a welcoming environment where clients feel safe to share openly, build resilience, and work toward meaningful goals at their own pace.
